Returns & Exchanges

All Sale Items are FINAL Sale

Our Store is a return for store credit or exchange only system, no cash back. We have two businesses under one roof, and this is the way we've chosen to do things to keep our bookkeeping correct. This was established in 2019. You can exchange for something in the store, or we can put the amount on a gift card for you to use at a later date.

All exchanges must be made within 10 business days of purchase. With Receipt and in SAME condition sold to you.

-Unworn, unwashed, no deodorant or makeup stains, pet hair and without any odor/s. Items returned with damages WILL NOT be accepted.

RT is not responsible for items that have been washed, dried, ironed, or steamed. Items that have been washed & ruined CANNOT be returned, please read labels.

Jewelry, hats, or undergarments cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. If any pieces are defective, we must know within three days of purchase.

We will refund money on preorders IF your size requested is sold out of sock. 

Shipping

Shipping- Yes! We ship! We can ship anywhere in the USA! Shipping is $8 flat rate. If you have anything to return to us, you will be responsible for paying return shipping, and for shipping an item back to you that needs to be exchanged for a different size. However, if there was a mistake made on our part with your order, we will gladly pay for return shipping. We’ve got ya girl!

 Pick Up Orders

If you place an order for in store pick up, you have exactly one week to pick up your purchase. If you cannot pick it up or someone else, we will then charge you shipping and ship your items to you. This isn't personal, we just get a LOT of orders and have limited space. PLUS we want you to enjoy your RT items!  No refunds will be issued. The same 10 day return policy still applies to pick up orders as well, and applies to the date of purchase, not the date you pick up your order. We will always contact you when your pick up order is ready.
