DIRECTIONS: Mix contents with 4 cups of milk (skim, whole or low fat). Heat and stir, bring to a boil. Continue to heat and stir until the mix thickens (this mix takes longer to thicken than others). Should be about 10 to 15 minutes. After the mix thickens add 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese. Then add any veggies or meat you would like to put in it. A can of whole kernel corn and/or a can of chicken gives a great taste. Put 8 oz. of broccoli for a great broccoli cheese soup mix. Any veggies or meat you like works with this cheese soup mix!
